Mother

Hi Peeps,

I want to continue helping you work with busy/highly patterned paper.  My mom changed her Face book photo and I snagged it.  My mother is very feminine, pearls, nails polished just a doll.  So this layout although not my style totally reminds me of her.  She is clean, neat freak, girly so this is for her.

 

The back ground of this cardstock is full of lace doilies. I didn’t want any doilies besides mine are kind of off white so I thought…… I will make it white…All white.  I browsed my embossing folders and dies and just die cut random things that reminded me of her.

I used my Big Shot, a few dies and embossing folders and went to town.  TIP: whip out those embossing folders to add texture to your layouts.

There is a little bit of dimension here of course that’s all me still gotta have my layers :).

To make a dimensional title I cut the title  3 times.  That is now one of my favorite things to do! So what do you think have you ever made a layouts based on the person in your photo tastes?  Leave me a comment I would love a link or the story behind it.
